You may submit your FOIA request via email to either the Village Manager or the Village Clerk. The Village Manager, Randall Recklaus, can be reached at rrecklaus@vah.com, and the Village Clerk, Magdalena Mattio, can be contacted at mmattio@vah.com. Alternatively, you can submit your request through the Arlington Heights Public Records Online Portal by visiting https://villageofarlingtonheightsil.nextrequest.com.

When requests are denied in whole or in part, the requester may appeal the decision. Appeals should be made within 60 days in writing, signed by the requester, should include a copy of the FOIA request and any responses from the Village, and must be addressed as follows:
